Open and intense nose with notes of orange and grapefruit. The attack is fresh and supple. Well-balanced and concentrated wine with good mineral length on the finish.

This reminds me of the best white burgundies I tasted back in the 1980s and early 1990s. The aromatic subtlety, the textural finesse plus the underplayed power are all beautiful. The candied lemon character also corresponds with the old textbooks. Very long, chalky finish that has so much energy. From a southeast-facing site. Sustainable.
