Description

This wine feels fresh and alive, with blazing acidity and a crackling texture. It is packed with aromas and flavors of tart Gravenstein apples, lemon, marjoram and corn on the cob drizzled in butter. Might be awesome with pan seared scallops.

 The 2019 Chardonnay was aged 14 months in primarily neutral French oak barrels, with 5 additional months in stainless steel on lees, offering lovely aromatics, length, and acidity.
